North Channel - One Day Sailing Adventure
Learn the basics of sailing in one of the most beautiful sailing regions in the world aboard a 38 foot Catalina Sailing Yacht.
OVERVIEW
The candidate may participate in:
Preparing the boat for departure.
Departing from the dock as crew.
Learning safe behaviour while underway
Learning how to hoist and manage sails.
Learning how to take the helm and steer the boat.
Returning to dock as crew.
Duration
Our One Day Sailing Adventure runs from 9 am to 4 pm by reservation only, giving you a full day of excitement on the water. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced sailor, this adventure is perfect for everyone!
What to Bring
Make sure to pack sunscreen, a hat, and a windbreaker for your day out on the water. These essentials will keep you comfortable and protected throughout the sailing adventure.
Meals and Refreshments
During the One Day Sailing Adventure, we provide a delicious lunch to keep you energized for your sailing experience. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic views while enjoying a satisfying meal onboard.
No smoking is permitted onboard the vessel. No alcohol is permitted while underway.
Meeting Point
Meet us at Slip A9 in the Gore Bay Marina to start your sailing adventure. Our team will be ready to greet you and guide you through an unforgettable day on the water.
Fees
$ 295/pp ($590 minimum) Fee includes one day of sailing, lunch, refreshments and Sail Canada registration fee.
Payment in full is required to book your sailing adventure. We accept e-transfer at miscjazz@gmail.com or with the Wise currency app.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made more than 10 days ahead of departure date.
50% refund for cancellations made in less than 10 days and more than 2 days ahead of departure date.
No refund will be given if cancelled within 48 hours of departure time or for a no show.
Severe weather: If it is unsafe to sail, the booking is non-refundable but will be transferred to another date, if possible.
